THE SPANISH BREED
Spanish goats are a hardy breed that originally came from Spain. However, in the 1500s, the breed was brought to the United States by Spanish colonists. The Spanish goat has a short udder and teats, making it a great range animal that has the potential to reproduce out of season. Spanish does weigh around 100-150 pounds, and bucks can weigh up to 200-250 pounds.
