We do our best with disbudding kids but we cannot guarantee that they will not develop scurs.

We do not guarantee show quality, but we do strive for this – we breed our goats for correct conformation and breed character.

We do not offer farm tours, breeding or stud services due to biosecurity measures.

Seller Agrees to:

Have registered kid(s) disbudded, tattooed, and dewormed before they leave the farm.

Transfer the ownership registration by the requirements of CGS to the buyer’s name.

Seller agrees to accept the responsibilities for the transfer fees.

Seller’s Disclaimer:

Animals are sold on a “where is, as is” basis and guarantees the buyer that the said animal(s) are in good health, are free of injury or disease at the date of sale.

Any animals sold are expected to be breeding sound if they are provided with the proper care, environment, and nutrition. In the case of failure to breed the situation must be fully substantiated by a physical examination and applicable medical tests performed by a licensed veterinarian.

While we strive to transfer registered animals with the CLRC within 90 days of sale, sometimes issues beyond our control – like postal strikes and CLRC website revamps – can cause delays.

In any case, we will strive to execute the transfer of ownership registration under the requirements of the Canadian Livestock Registration Corporation within 6 months of purchase. **In order to do so, we will need your full name and mailing address.

We are not financially responsible for the medical expenses of a fully purchased animal either before or after it leaves our care, however we will do our best to care for animals until they leave our farm.

Any contesting as to the health or physical condition of the animal(s) at the date of sale/upon arrival needs to be fully substantiated by a physical examination and applicable medical tests performed by a licensed veterinarian and provided in writing to the Seller within 48 hours of the sale.

We will not be responsible for veterinarian costs incurred by the buyer in obtaining such examination and tests.

For bio-security reasons, we cannot have goats return to our farm once they have left the property.

Sending a deposit signifies the buyer’s agreement to the above sale terms.

Thank you,
